Our Jalapeño Cheese Sourdough brings together bold jalapeños and rich cheese in a beautifully crusty artisan loaf.

• Premium Japanese Bread Flour
• Natural Superfine Wholemeal Flour
• Water
• Natural Sea Salt
• Sourdough Starter
• Jalapeno
  
• Cheddar Cheese

Reheating Instructions

Our sourdough is best enjoyed warm. Lightly mist or spray the loaf with water, then reheat directly:

• Oven / Air Fryer: 180°C for 5–8 minutes
• Toast: Medium heat for 2-3 minutes until warm & lightly crisp.

Storage

As our bread is made without preservatives, we recommend:

• Refrigerate for up to 5 days
• Freeze for up to 2 weeks

For the best quality, thaw if frozen and reheat before serving.
